This policy explains how NewWay Digital LLC (“NewWay Digital,” “we”) handles information collected through scheduler.workanewway.com.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, organization name and type, approximate number of volunteers, how you schedule today, the offering you prefer, your answer about pricing, and anything you choose to tell us about your challenges. If you try the demo, the replies you type are used to run it and to improve the product; please don’t type personal information there. We also record how you reached the site (for example, the campaign link or referring page) so we know which outreach is working.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the demo is played. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

How we use it

We use your information to follow up with you about NewWay Scheduler, to decide which organizations to invite to early access, and to improve the product and site. We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

This website does not send text messages, and the demo does not use real phone numbers. When NewWay Scheduler launches, volunteers will receive scheduling messages only after giving consent, can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, and consent to receive messages will not be a condition of volunteering. Mobile numbers and consent records will not be shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep early-access information while we are evaluating and launching the product. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing wayne@workanewway.com.
